Access to the Workout App Is by Invitation Only! You won’t find a sign-up button here—and that’s on purpose.
The Workout (For clients) App is not available for open registration. To access it, you need to receive an invitation from a trainer who uses the Muscle and Motion Strength Training app. If you don’t have a trainer yet, you can sign up for the Strength Training app yourself and invite yourself as a client to gain access—free of charge.
✅ If you’re working with a trainer, ask them to invite you.
✅ If you’re not, you can still access the app by signing up for the Strength Training app and adding yourself as a client
The Workout App (For clients) is designed to work exclusively through trainer-client connections. If you try to download the app without being invited by a trainer (or adding yourself as a client from the Strength Training app), you won’t be able to log in. This ensures you receive personalized workouts from a trusted source.
You have two options:
Ask your trainer to invite you through the Strength Training app.
Sign up as a trainer on the Strength Training app, create a plan for yourself, and add yourself as a client—you’ll then receive a free invite to the Workout App.
(Your clients won’t be able to access the Strength Training app, only you can access the ST app as a trainer)
Yes! Access to the Workout App is completely free for clients. Your trainer covers the cost. All you need to do is accept their invitation and start training.
No worries—just contact your trainer, and they can re-send your invitation or reset your login details through the Strength Training app.
