The theory section is essentially a content video library.
A left-hand list lets you jump to a specific topic category, or browse “All Videos.”
Each category shows its videos as thumbnails with a duration badge; clicking one opens a simple video player.
The “All Videos” view is organized into horizontal rows, one per category, starting with “Most Viewed” at the top. Each row shows a handful of thumbnails at a time, with a “See All” link on the right that opens the full category, and an arrow button that lets you scroll sideways through additional thumbnails without leaving the page. Every thumbnail displays its duration badge in the corner and a small category tag beneath the title, so you can tell at a glance where a video belongs even when browsing from “Most Viewed” or another mixed list.
Selecting a category from the left-hand list takes you to a dedicated page for that topic, with a “Sort By” dropdown (Default, for example) for reordering the results. Depending on the category, this page either shows video thumbnails directly or first shows a set of sub-groups — for instance, “Origin & Insertion” opens to a list of muscle groups such as “Abdominal Muscles” or “Biceps Brachii” before you drill down to the actual videos within that group.
Clicking a thumbnail opens the video player, with a breadcrumb trail at the top (e.g., Theory > Origin & Insertion > Abdominal Muscles) so you can navigate back a level at any point. The video itself opens on a brief title card with the video’s name, a subtitle, and a short description before playback begins. Standard playback controls are available along the bottom of the player.
The global search bar at the top of the app also searches Theory content: typing a term such as a muscle name surfaces a “Theory” results group alongside other matching app sections, with a “Show all results” link if you want the complete list.
