Depending on where you purchased your subscription or course, billing and account management may be handled by a third-party provider. Please refer to the relevant section below.
Apple App Store #
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, all billing, subscription management, cancellations, and refund requests are handled directly by Apple. Muscle & Motion does not have access to App Store billing information and cannot modify or cancel App Store subscriptions on your behalf.

Google Play Store #
If you subscribed through the Google Play Store, billing, subscription management, cancellations, and refund requests are handled directly by Google. Muscle & Motion cannot access or modify Google Play subscriptions.

FastSpring (Website Purchases) #
Subscriptions purchased directly through the Muscle & Motion website are processed by FastSpring, our authorized payment provider.
For billing-related inquiries, including:
- Tax-exempt purchases
- VAT invoices
- Payment receipts
- Billing information updates

Inspire360 (Online Courses) #
Our online courses are hosted and delivered through the Inspire360 learning platform.
For issues related to:
- Course access
- Login credentials
- Certificates of completion
- Course platform functionality
please contact our support team, and we will work with Inspire360 to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Please note that online courses are separate from Muscle & Motion app subscriptions and are managed through the Inspire360 platform.
