Data Privacy & Account Deletion #
We take your privacy seriously. Muscle & Motion stores only the information required to provide our services, such as the name and email address used to create your account. We do not store your payment card details or other payment method information.
How to Delete Your Account #
You can permanently delete your account and associated data at any time:
Option 1 – Through the App
- Log in to your account.
- Navigate to Profile.
- Select Delete Account.
- Confirm your request when prompted.
Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted, and you will be logged out of the app.
Option 2 – Contact Our Support Team
You may also email us at info@muscleandmotion.com and request account deletion. Our team will process the request and send you a confirmation once your account and associated data have been permanently removed.
Important #
To ensure that all of your data is removed from our systems, please provide all email addresses you may have used to create or access Muscle & Motion accounts.
Third-Party Billing Providers #
If you purchased a subscription directly through our website, certain billing information may be maintained by our third-party payment providers, BlueSnap or FastSpring, in accordance with their legal and financial record-keeping requirements.
If you would like your information removed from these systems as well, please contact the relevant provider directly:

Please note that subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are managed directly by those platforms and are subject to their respective privacy and data-retention policies.
