Muscular Anatomy – New Generation Learning Methods
The passing years and new technologies have profoundly shaken up our methods of learning anatomy!
With our “mixed” training methods it is no longer necessary to look at the picture of a muscle and imagine how it works.
Every muscle is accompanied by 3D anatomy and examples of strengthening and stretching.
Deltoid muscle anatomy in motion
The deltoid muscle originates from the scapula and the clavicle,
and passes over the shoulder joint through the three heads towards the humerus.
The deltoid muscle contains pennate muscle fibers, especially in the middle head.
One of their properties is the ability to carry a high load in a small range of movement (short contraction length).
