As an individual user, you can subscribe to the Individual plan and access the Strength Training app on all devices.
Also, you will be able to assign customized workout plans to a max of 2 clients!
Have more than 2 clients that you want to assign workout plans to?
Then you have 2 options:
– Pro plan (Up to 25 clients)
– Business Plan (Up to 100 clients)
- Your clients won’t be able to use the Strength Training app.
They will get FREE access to another app called “Workouts” where they will see only their workout plans. - There is no cost for your clients to use the Workout app! (Completely free)
Our mobile apps (iOS & iPad) provides the customers with the facility to revisit the app when the mobile is in offline mode. This will give you the power of using the app anywhere and anytime without the constraint of the internet.
